Using the Player Portal

For parents, guardians and players — where to find your players, and what you can do for each of them.

Overview

The Player Portal is where parents, guardians and players handle what a league asks of each player: registration questions, documents, and proof of age for youth seasons. You don't need to set up a team to use it.

Getting there

  • From an email. Emails about your child's registration link straight to their page in the portal.
  • By signing in. If you don't run a team, league, club or venue, you land in the Player Portal when you sign in.
  • From another app. If you also manage a team or a league, open the app switcher (the grid icon at the top right) and choose Player Portal.

Your players

Players lists every child linked to your account. If you're on a team roster yourself, you're listed too. Each player shows their team and season, and a badge saying what's still needed.

Select a player to see everything their league asks for, in order:

  1. Registration questions the league has added, such as their school or an eligibility document.
  2. Proof of age, for players under 18 in a youth season.

A child appears here once a team has invited them and you've accepted the invitation as their parent or guardian. If a child is missing, ask their team manager to invite them again.

Edge cases

  • You're a player under 18 — you can see your page, but a parent or guardian has to upload your proof of age.
  • Players 18 and over — don't need proof of age, but may still have registration questions to answer.
  • Deleting your account — under Settings, Delete my account removes your account and your children's, along with every document and answer. This can't be undone.
